"Dance Jam Productions" is a light, fun, predicable read. Its main characters, teenagers Mattie Black Hawk and Jarek Thanos meet at the dance studio, Rhythm Station, where Mattie works. They predictably end up as partners in a dance contest and of course they win.
However, what they don't know is, both their lives could be in danger if they attend the VIP party after the contest. Although, Mattie has been warned of some kind of danger by her friend Mici, who's done a "reading" for her and as a result has "bad vibes" about he whole contest. Will Mattie take heed?
Mattie's past is unlike most teenagers. After getting to know and
trust Jarek, she shares her deep dark secrets with him one afternoon.
Without giving too much away, it's because of Mattie's past that her future just might be bright. Because she has a "protector" with a capital "P" she has been given the inside track to the danger which awaits her and her friends.
There are a few down sides to this book, one is the small text, it also has a few formatting problems but they are miner and for the most part can be overlooked. What this reviewer found a bit annoying was the extended explanations during the character's conversations.
